Telephone and Internet service to a large part of North Carolina’s Centurylink customers has been affected by an accident that cut a fiber optic cable junction. They estimate service will be restored around 3 to 4 pm. If you have an issue that has to be attended before then, please use the Contact tab in the menu to leave a message or look under Contact, Representatives or Divisions for the cell number of who you need to talk to.
